Why You Can’t Move Forward (And What’s Really Keeping You Stuck)

You’re not stuck because you lack motivation or discipline—you’re stuck because part of you experiences moving forward as a mortal threat to your identity, activating an invisible protective system that presses the brake while you press the gas.
